Callow Knife

We've been brewing some hoss beers as of late. Beers that have been tipping the octane scales and are dark as tar. To round out the spectrum and mix up the seasonal heft, we brewed a session pale ale called, Callow Knife, to join cold spell. This beer is a malt twin to Daisy Cutter, but we dry hopped the snot out of it with Falconer and Citra hops. These are new hops to our brewery and ones we were eager to get in the tank.

We brewed a bunch of it to ride out winter and sidecar all the larger beers we're brewing this season.

We should release next Friday Jan 28. It will be draft only, but, of course, we are working up Tshirts to commemorate the Callow Knife.

And I love you for it. I stock piled the Thunder and Son, and I'll be stopping by tomorrow to pick up some Camaro for my football watch party.
